The Women
Brady Turner
Watercolour
Following a degree in French and English in London, Brady worked for advertising and design consultancies for ten years before going freelance as an illustrator in 1989. Her decorative work has featured in books and magazines and on charity greeting cards for Barnardo, Tearfund and many others, and on publishing material for Scripture Union and SPCK. She works in a variety of media - watercolour, acrylics, pastels, inks, embroidery and collage; throughout, colour and detail permeate her designs. Brady now divides her time between running the Walnut Tree Gallery and website with her growing team, and her two small boys.
Her husband Nick Turner is a furniture maker and kitchen designer - see links.
